And the big loser in the United States Congress today was Donald Trump when the House of Representatives cast an historic vote against Donald Trump's war with some Republicans joining all Democrats in a war powers resolution vote against Donald
1:19.7	Trump's war. The resolution says Congress directs the president to remove United States armed
1:26.8	forces from hostilities against the Islamic Republic
1:30.6	of Iran. The Republican Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, was trying to avoid this vote in the
1:36.5	House, which is why he sent the House on recess early just to avoid that vote. But as I said on

1:46.7	to send members of Congress home to their districts, to avoid casting a difficult vote,
