We have breaking E. Jean Carroll news that in a way began on your show during your

interview with E. Jean Carroll and her lawyer.

And that is in the lawsuit, she has another lawsuit against Donald Trump for other comments

that he made about her.

And today, a federal judge, Lewis Kaplan granted E. Jean Carroll's request to revise the

defamation lawsuit that she filed against Donald Trump to include the similar comments

that he made recently on CNN, that he made last month on CNN.

And you had a chance to ask them if that's what their plan was.

And it's certainly sounded like it was.

I said, what are you going to, I mean, you just got this huge judgment against him for

saying these terrible things about you that were untrue.

And then as soon as the judgment came back, he said them again, what can you do about

that?

E. Jean Carroll's lawyer said to me, plainly, on the air, oh, that's actionable.

Now, we, I guess, know exactly how it's actionable.

No, I remember that moment vividly.

And you could see the reason to go against it.

But you could also see the reason not to, that you've got a good solid tight case that's

already moving.
