which in effect gets the Trump administration, as you reported,

off the hook at midnight tonight under a previous obligation from a lower court judge,

ordering them to deliver $2 billion in spending that they had been holding back. So we'll get

Andrew's reading of exactly what this means.

And with that 12 noon deadline on Friday, we're going to be watching this tomorrow.
