Facebook has an idea for a new platform, and boy, do a lot of people hate it. The idea is Instagram for kids.

Back in March, an internal memo from Instagram execs, by the way, Instagram is owned by Facebook,

announced the development of an app that they said would allow kids to safely use Instagram for

the first time. Right now, kids under 13 can't
