We're going to take a brief break from our conversation about the New Hampshire primary and as I do this in real

time the polls will be closing the first poll closings will be shortly and I

expect President Trump to have a pretty sizable margin early on and a pretty big win tonight.

But we'll see. I'm not one I don't I think predictions end up

ruining your credibility because things can happen that you don't see coming and

I don't think anybody's looking at me for predictions anyway

so I don't give them. But a big case, a big ruling came down from the Supreme Court

yesterday and it was a very disappointing ruling to those of us who recognize

how perilous things are in this country today as a result of illegal immigration.

And rather than get too deep into the facts,

I will play the role of law professor,

and I'll ask our esteemed law professor and Supreme Court expert, Professor Josh Blackman, to join me in just a moment,

and I'll ask him to go through that.
