I actually was aware of your book, like right whenever it came out, because I really like Robert Aki, Aubrey Lowe's work.

Yeah, he's like one of the total, I don't know, he's one of those guys is his whole catalog is so incredible and like what he does is such a singular, well realized in evolving voice that has been so great and like powerful over time that I just wish more people knew about him just to start with.

But then I saw him like posting some stuff about your book on Instagram and just even the cover alone, I was like, oh my god, this is like couldn't be more of my alley.

So I'm so glad that we were connected and then were able to talk about it a little bit.

Yeah, Robert's one of my favorite people, I get to see him relatively regularly here in New York City and he invited me to perform with him as part of an ensemble at the Guggenheim Museum a couple of years ago and it was just such a life changing experience and we've been in touch since and I agree he should be known throughout the world.
