| 1:14.8 | in the laundry room and turn it off immediately. That's the first step. I don't want to look at my phone. |
| 1:20.0 | I don't want to deal with it. It goes on airplane mode and gets turned off. I don't like to walk |
| 1:25.7 | into my home in front of my kids on my phone. I feel like it's dismissive. |
| 1:30.3 | And we can all remember a time where you've been out to dinner with someone and they pick up |
| 1:35.3 | their phone and they're talking to you as they're scrolling and they're not looking you in the |
| 1:39.4 | eyes and it doesn't feel good. And so I don't want to do that when it comes to my children. I want to walk |
