in theater and you've done so many creative pursuits.

How did that lead you to where you are today?

Well, it's been a long road, so I'll share highlights of the journey.

I started acting when I was about, formally when I was about seven years old,

when my mom found me in the backyard talking to myself. I had been playing with some

friends and we were making up stories and kids being kids they got bored with it and wanted to go to the pool and that's when my mom like I was going to stay there and finish the story and my mom found me there.

And theater was really my first spiritual zone.

It was the first place that I ever felt in the moment,

utterly present. And a lot of times I tell my clients that I've spent my entire

life weeding out the kind of mean girls version of theater where and there's movies like the understudy where I think the understudy like kills the primary that kind of competitive

backstabbing that does exist just like with anything in life there can be

that side of theater and film and there is also the light side where there's a group of

people that are capable of being present and connected to you
