project here on House of L and I have an opportunity to catch my breath after the the goings on over the last couple of weeks it has

been really fun to be on the afternoon show and I thank those guys on the afternoon show Shane and

Tanny and and Speagues for welcoming me with open arms and making this transition,

it's like I can't talk this morning. This transition very easy for me.

And I'm thankful that I get to walk in and come in

with some ideas and add it to all of the things that they've already built.

And I'm excited about what happens going forward, like really excited, rejuvenated.
