Police are investigating Lauren Bobert on charges of domestic violence and this time it's serious.

And it could spell the end of her political career.

The chairman of the Florida Republican Party is out.

Christian Ziegler, who has been accused of rape and video voyeurism was ordered to

step down as chairman of Florida's Republican Party after a vote was taken at an

emergency session in Tallahassee on Monday. It was a voice

vote and those in attendance say very few expressed support for Ziegler whose

wife Bridget Ziegler was forced to step down as one of the

leaders of moms for liberty after she admitted to partaking in at least one

threesome with their husband and the woman accusing him of rape.

Bridget Ziegler was asked to resign from her role on the Sarasota School Board, but she refused.

Bridget Ziegler, despite admitting to bisexual activity,

has been an outspoken critic,

along with their husband of Florida's LGBTQ community.

She was instrumental in the passage last year.

along with other laws that persecute transgender students.
