what's up? How was your week? What'd you do? What went on for you this week? Anything?

Me, let's see, what happened to me this week? Ooh, someone came to my class in person. Yeah, I mentioned that, right? That I wanted to see if I could get someone from my neighborhood to actually show up to one of my classes because I have this

small space that I've been doing my online classes out of for the last almost two years.

And, you know, it's a small space, but I've got room for someone to come in person.

Like, at least four or five people could fit in there.

And, you know, I could probably squeeze in some more if I move some furniture and stuff.

But in any case, I have this space and I decided, you know, I'm going to mention it in my neighborhood association newsletter.

I also happen to be the vice president of my neighborhood association.

I talked about that on this show at some point I think.

Well, I finally went ahead and mentioned that I have these yoga classes

that I teach every week, and if anybody wanted to come, they can. And someone did. And it was awesome.

Like no time had passed, and it is a very different energy than teaching the online classes, you know.

So that happened. That felt good. Hopefully that's a harbinger of more of that to come.

Also, I did go to the doctor about my hip. I mentioned that last week. There's a little bit of an

update there, not a huge update, but you know what?

I think I will save that update to the other side because my conversation with Laurel Beaver's
