as it relates to a track athlete in North Carolina, Nyan Brown.

He cost his high school, what is it called, Mallard Creek, I believe,

high school cost them the state championship with something that was deemed taunting.

They got some harsh rules in North Carolina trying to prevent excessive celebration and anything extra.

And so you watch this in a vacuum.

The kid comes across the finish line with his hand like this.

And he'd already been warned during this two-day, three-day track meet.

He was already been warned the day before for doing anything extra.

Can we play the one, the previous one that he got the warning for him?

It didn't look like he did much there.

Maybe he flexed for the photographers or for the cameras or whatever and yelled or whatever.

But he got a warning for that

and and part of the reason I find this interesting is because in a vacuum this looks like holy

cow what are they doing here this is ridiculous this is an overreaction you can't disqualify them from the 4x400 relay, and then that stops Mallard Creek from

winning its third consecutive state title.
