And look, you can look around the league and look at what we will call established coaches at this current time. But there was a time in their career early on where they probably were getting killed too.

And, well, Dan Campbell got off to a rough start. Look at her now. Kyle Shanahan got off to a rough start. He's been to two Super Bowls. So is that what we're looking at here with Gerard Mayo? I'm not feeling it, but how do you know? I didn't feel it with Dan Campbell either. That's for sure. No, I definitely didn't. Now he might be one of like the more respected coaches in the league that guys want to play for.

The thing is that I mentioned earlier, at least there was an identity there early with Dan Campbell.

And I sort of thought, well, that's going to be in the bag. they're going to play defense and play hard and tackle, block and tackle as well as they can. I know their line stinks, but, you know, like, fundamental stuff, certainly defensively for Gerard Mayo. Make you earn it type of team. That's what it felt like. Where did that go? Good question. It went away against Seattle. No, good question. And again, the tenacity, the swarming to the ball defense is gone.
