We need to spend a little time on non-football matters, at least off field matters.

The House Oversight Committee on Thursday issued its report regarding an extensive investigation

into the Washington commanders, the workplace issues, toxic, harassing, and everything that

traces back to Daniel Snyder.

Now there were two versions that came out.

There was a Democratic Party report.

They were the party in control of the committee throughout the investigation.

And then the Republicans had their response.

Plenty of interesting stuff in both of the reports.

Let's start with the one that actually has greater weight because they were the majority

party at the time.

And they wanted to get all this done because, as of the first of the year, the Republicans

take over all the committees and that investigation is over.

It's kaput and everybody knows it.

But Peter, I'm not surprised by the big picture conclusions here because it's all stuff

that we knew.

Daniel Snyder permitted and participated in the team's troubling conduct, according to

the committee, does the subpoena which we knew, intimidated witnesses which we'd seen

reported elsewhere.

And this one was significant to me as a recovering lawyer.

He was questioned for 10 or 11 hours and he claimed more than 100 times that he could not

recall answers to basic questions.
