Last week, Alabama disrupted the news cycle when Governor K. I.V. signed a bill into law

that makes it a felony for doctors to perform abortions in most circumstances, effectively outlawing abortion in the state.

Now, many other states have passed and plan on passing abortion restrictions as well.

This week, we thought it would be fitting to re-broadcast our episode that talks about the left's

response to abortion restrictions like this and says the things they don't want to say when

talking about abortion.

Okay. From the Heritage Foundation, I'm Tim New Mexico, and Virginia are passing and pushing for pro-abortion legislation that would make

abortions available through all nine months of pregnancy. Here's Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York

and Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia.

So I want to take it a step further.

And I want to pass this year a constitutional amendment that rights into the Constitution,

a provision protecting a woman's right to control her own reproductive health.

We'll pass it next year, we'll put it on the ballot, we'll write it into the Constitution,

and we'll be able to say we are protected women's rights in a way no one else has before.

That's what we're going to do.

When we talk about third trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of obviously the mother,

with the consent of the physicians, more than one physician,
