Hi everyone, I'm Sarah Jank-Staley, Supervising Producer at Late Night and

this is Late Night Lit. On this episode, we speak to best-selling author

Eden LaPucky, whose new novel Times Mouth was published this month. We'll

also hear from Seth's mom Hillary Myers, who joins our summer series to share a

recommendation for your own summer reading.

Eden LaPucky's new novel Times Mouth is a riveting story. It examines three

generations of a family, their secrets, and what lengths they go to to protect

one another and themselves. Eden, a California native, speaks to us about what

she finds both inspiring and interesting about her own state and why she tends

to set her stories there. She also talks to us about reflecting on her own

parenting and why secrets are so much more fun to read about than to experience in real life.
