Kyle Goodman is an activist, actor, television writer, and author of the recently published

book You Gotta Be You. How to Embrace This Messy Life, and Step Into Who You Really Are.

Brandon speaks to us about how an honest and heartfelt Instagram video ultimately led to

a book deal, the parts of the book that we're most challenging to write, and of course,

the importance of Oprah Winfrey. Here's my conversation with Brandon.
