What had happened was

Obviously there's a change of plans

As to what we need to talk about today.

We all woke up Saturday morning and found out we were at war.

Now, the reason why we can keep the rest of this show is that it is still about system of checks and balances

which did not play in at all in the bombing and destruction of Iran and then Iran's retaliation

understandable retaliation uh that got us to the week we in now. Now, I held my tongue

and my little tweeting fingers throughout the weekend for a number of reasons, one of which is

I am newsflash, not Persian or Iranian.

You know, so don't come to me first.

This ain't, this isn't, this isn't my homeland.

Now, that being said, I understand what's going on

at a academic and historical level, but at a cellular,

guttural human empathy that comes from it being your homeland, your family, your lineage.

I am not from the generation of forced African labor that would understand what it means

to live under a regime as repressive as the Islamic Republic.
