How you hanging in there,

you know, there is a joy that I never knew existed and just waking up and putting on sweat

pants and a loose tea every morning.

I just, I never knew, like I don't have to think about what I'm aware that I wore the same jeans last week and let's be honest

something that were the same jeans twice a week you know I don't have to worry about that right now

so I have been waking up, brewing my coffee, you know, enjoying the sun coming into my window.

Thank you, Jesus.

I'm really slow, we've slowed down, we had no choice, but so much of it that's a little good it does and and I know a lot of people are talking I mean it's a little

nerve-wracking when you know when you're constantly in the cycle of the news and I'm sure we talked about

this a little bit last week and that you know you're on several chains with

family and friends all sharing the same crazy things that are happening but there

really is a blessing in all of this and that we are all

being forced to just stop you know and shout out to the workers out there those essential

workers like the grocery clerk the servic, all those people that still have to go out there and do those things.

Thank you for that. For a lot of other people, it is a pause.

And I think it's a pause we've all hoped for and we and we have it now.

And as long as we all stay safe I think it's so important that we use this time to really

just get to know ourselves a little better, right,
