Hello, my name is John Cantley. I'm a British journalist who used to work for some of the bigger

newspapers and magazines in the UK.

On the 18th of September, 2014, a new video appears and for his friends and family,

it's the first sighting they've had of John Cantley in almost two years.

Dressed in an orange, guantanamo-style jumpsuit, he sat behind a desk and talking directly into the camera.

But this is no ordinary hostage video.
