workers that were fired on mass last week have now been replaced by agency workers being

paid less than £2 an hour. Now a rival operator is wanting it might have to do the same thing

if the government doesn't intervene. Why have P&O done this? Why is another company threatening

to do this?

The short and ugly answer is because they can, because the government lets them. There's

a loophole in the law. It has not been closed despite repeated assurances. So add a little
