So I had a bunch of requests to have you on,

and I actually wanted to have you on way back,

but we just never were able to connect.

Yeah, I know, you're in high demand man. People want to know your story. So I want to know a couple things. I won't keep you too long because I know you're a couple days out. So we'll try and keep it focused on the shows but I wanted to go over

Indy first first I want to ask you do you coach yourself I do coach myself

I do coach myself 100% fully since this past Olympia and there's been spurts throughout the past couple

years but 100% since the 2019 Olympia, I mean 2020. Of course, I have Renee, why if she actually has a pretty good eye, you know, she knows when I'm like looking a little flat or extra crispy some mornings, but you know she's not going to be the one to dictate the plan and then I have throughout this prep like a couple times since some picks to Chris Tuttle.

Yeah, I trust him and just say, hey, what do you think about this?

And so he shot me some feedback.

But outside of that, yeah, it's been on me this time.

Does Renee tell you the truth if you look like shit?

Yeah, she would, but she doesn't, you know, a candid way.

She doesn't say, hey, baby,

flat as a pancake this today, or, you know's like yeah you know like you looked a little sharper yesterday or you know

legs look don't look a little watery day or you know yeah so.

Who coached you before and why did you decide to go off and do your own thing? Yeah, so I've this I've been through three coaches.
