When you're on open water outside the continental U.S., there are certain cruise lines that provide casinos to let their guests gamble and have a little fun. Yeah, Carnival does it. I think that they even do that on the rivers in the U.S. One of the ones that does it out on the ocean is Royal Caribbean, and a man named Jorge Alta was on one of their ships last weekend, living it up. Okay. Maybe a little too much, because at one point he found himself in debt, almost 17 grand. Oh, no, she didn't. Whoa. Dude, that's when you cut your losses, man. That's a problem, my friend. Unless you're like a millionaire. Yeah, well, he either didn't have the money to pay him back or didn't want to. Dude, it would feel like, I mean, I'm sorry, if you're on a cruise ship, it wouldn't feel like real money. No. You know, they gave me chips. This is like chips That's how they get you

In the end, the authorities didn't have any trouble tracking him down.

He was arrested and is now facing $250,000 in fines and up to five years in prison.
