Lars Mittank was last seen running out of the Varna Airport in Bulgaria on July 8th, 2014. He left his belongings behind and has never been heard from since. For those who may not be familiar, in 2013, 21-year-old Elisa Lam lost her life in the water tank of the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
