So I don't do the same thing all the time every single day.

stop seeing progress. And so for me, I like to do a lot of things. I try to lift weights

at least a couple times a week, maybe twice a week. I do CrossFit when I can. I fit in Pilates. And this is a mega former Pilates. It's a bit of a different machine. Very challenging, very hard if you want it to be. You know, I still like to participate in triathlon. i try to run bike or swim whenever i have the

chance i have not been in a pool though to swim gosh i don't even know how long it's been since

before the campaign really ramped up i'm going to say seven months is that so sad you know why

i can't get in a pool get my hair wet get the goggle marks, get the swim cap mark, and then, you know, do something on TV. It doesn't work out. I got stuff going on all the time. So that said, I try to mix it up. I try to do a little something different every day. I play tennis when I can. It just depends on the day, how much time I have, what's available to

me, what classes I'm able to get into, that sort of thing. But my advice for anybody out there is no

matter what you're doing, try to switch it up for your body whenever you have the opportunity.
