Tonight we're joined by editor-in-chief of the post-millennial, Libby Emmons, as well as the Daily Callers Mary Rook.

Ladies, you know, Donald Trump continues to do things that I think make all of us very excited and very proud and very hopeful for the future of this country.

One of the things that happened over the weekend that I thought was absolutely fantastic

was that Donald Trump said, you know what, Joe Biden has been, apparently someone's been

using the auto pen for pretty much everything that Joe Biden signed throughout the course of

his presidency, not the least of which were the pardons, Libby, that were doled out to a multitude of people

in the last days of Biden being in the White House.

Of course, there was the full pardon for all of his family.

There was the Adam Schiff.

You go down the list all these different people who you wonder, why would they need a pardon, Dr. Fauci,

etc. Donald Trump said that's it. I'm president now and I don't believe that it was legitimate

that these were signed via auto pen. You didn't sign them, Joe Biden. So I'm going to revoke those.

What'd you think of that, Libby?

You know, to be honest, I do have some concerns about it. It's unprecedented that this would happen.

There was a circumstance where Ulysses S. Grant tried to revoke a pardon that was issued by

Andrew Johnson. Before him, George Bush revoked a pardon that he himself had written. And the precedent

had been that if the person who had been pardon had not officially received the pardon, then it was

revocable, but that once a pardon has been officially processed, it's not able to be revoked.

So I'd be interested to see, I'm sure something like this will land in the Supreme Court and we'll have to see what's going on.
