I said prior to us starting that it's appropriate, I'm talking to you because as you can

hear, I have a cold.

I'm slightly under the weather due to having children. So maybe you're

going to be able to give me some tips on this. But I read that while you were working in tech,

you realized how poor your health was really becoming at around 28 years old and you decided to

turn it all around. I love this. I love when people have an epiphany.

I love when they make a move to better themselves and to get healthy.

So tell me about your journey and what ultimately pushed you over the edge.

Well, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees when I was 14.

And I was on antibiotics every month for strep throat for 15 years when I was young.

I had 300 pounds when I was 23 years old.

And some people say, that's not true.

Well, my fat proof picture was an entrepreneur magazine when I was 23 because I'm the first

guy to sell anything over the internet before e-commerce had a name before it was a big thing.

My career grew.

I'm now 26.
