0:28.9	seems like 100 years ago. It was actually in 2007. And the reason I ultimately ended up moving to

0:55.3	they're not always one in the same so i grew up in new jersey i'm a jersey boy and uh that includes a lot of
1:02.4	really good food pizza italian food whatever all the cliches about new jersey but i grew up in a family
1:07.6	that loved food although both my parents worked full-time, you know,
1:11.8	7 a.m. until 11 p.m. every day. And my sister and I were always, not always, and I don't say this in a bad way, but we had to fend for ourselves a little bit. So I used to actually skip school some days and claim that I was sick. And I, all that was on TV, this was what, like 1990, 91, 92, were those in the middle of the day,
1:10.5	besides the soap operas, which I, that I was sick and I all that was on TV this was what like 1990 91 92 were those in the
1:29.7	middle of the day besides the soap operas which I got into a little bit where the old school like
1:35.3	yon khan cook shock pan yeah the pvvass I call them the dump and stir cooking shows and I like fell in
1:43.1	love with it I would mess up the whole kitchen and try and clean it up before my parents came home.
1:47.5	And then I would move to being sick the next day just so I could go back and try and make
1:52.1	some of those spring rolls that Yon Ken Cook was making or whatever.
