behind the scenes on that issue. Joe Manchin continues to be a giant problem for Democrats in the Senate.

He has shared some of his opinions on the infrastructure bill. We'll talk about that.

And then later in the second hour, Janet Yellen, we might get to this in the first hour,

but later in the show Janet Yellen has an interesting plan to mitigate some of the damage

that's being done by offshore savings accounts. So we'll discuss that as well. But Ryan,

all of the different dynamics in Congress and what's likely to happen in regard to Biden's

infrastructure bill. So let's do it. Senator Joe Manchin is apparently against taxing the rich,

which means that he plans on being a massive pain when it comes to passing. Joe Biden's infrastructure

bill. Now as we had shared with you earlier, part of the way of passing that bill includes,

you know, tax increases for the wealthy and specifically a tax increase on corporations

from 21% to 28%. Now the corporate tax rate, of course, would not be as high as it was
