And on couples therapy. In quarantine. We answer a couple of advice questions from a couple different listeners.

Oh boy. Yep. That's what we do. I just do that one. It is true.

And so we relate for the interview. You know that feeling when you're like, oh my god. I'm late.

And then you just start like scrambling and freaking out. But it's like you're so focused on cleaning up.

Vom. It's like I was a whole thing. And I feel like we're finally now relaxed and come down.

Oh, I'm not. I'm still in panic. I'm still in panic mode.

Whenever I'm late for something. Yeah. Panic mode. Well, that's why I hate being late.

Yeah. That's why being late is my least favorite thing. And you and I in a relationship.

Finally, you know, I would say nine or 10 years in. I started to plan a little bit more ahead.

You think as someone who is so allergic to bad feelings. Exactly.

Exactly. Who like the minute he like hears like a piece of bad news puts on a podcast to avoid having to think about that news.

You think that at some point in my couple decades on a couple of just a few decades on this.

Two really. Yeah, that I would learn my lesson and be like, hey, you know, I hate that panicky feeling when I'm wait for something.

Maybe sort my life out. Right. I don't feel that. And you hate being late for things.
