The big thing is now that we're expected and we kind of got slapped in the face this year, how are we going to show back up and show that we're still capable of doing these things. And I think that's going to be the big test this off season for everybody. You make the playoffs last year and you get knocked out of it, you feel good, you're like, okay, now then what's the next step? A lot of people, and all the way around, we didn't take the next step as a group. And we've got to figure out

how we're going to do that and get back in the playoffs next year.

Of all the players inside the White Sox Clubhouse, Lance Lynn is the guy who has the biggest voice, certainly on the pitching side.

So after the season that they and we all experienced, Lance was the guy,

who I wanted to speak with about what the heck happened this season with the White Sox.
