dismissals. Today's pod is focused on their replacement. So we'll hear about the bond between

Before we deal with Eddie Howe, the club seemed very keen to get his training sessions,

or parts of his training session, out on social media.

What's the thinking behind that, do you think?

It just makes the change to have a training session during International Week.

I think that's probably their thinking.

Well, I was trying to get out. Are they immediately trying to show the contrast, whatever was said behind the scenes? Yeah, I think there's probably a bit of that. You know, I was being facetious there. The bigger picture at the moment is the smaller picture, if that makes sense, because Newcastle have got nothing else apart from the next nine games. That's the only thing that they can really think about.

I mean, it's one of the sorts of fascinating things about the takeover is about how rich it theoretically makes them.

And, you know, they're talking about winning something within five or ten years.

They can't win a single game of football, you know.
