So a little more later this hour on the whole PG&A blackout thing is the Wall Street

Journal of the New York Times took it on with in depth stories over the weekend.

I like the New York Times headline. I think it was the Sunday edition. This did not go well.

Inside PG&E's blackout control room. I love that. How to turn one of the most

technologically advanced places on earth into a third world nation. Even before PG&E shut

off power to more than 700,000 customers in Northern California, things quickly began to go wrong.

It goes through all the things that they did wrong. The website, the planning, the... Oh, I thought

you were in charge of telling people when they got... No, I thought you were in charge. I mean,

it was just a cluster blank from the beginning. Wow. A bad idea poorly thought out is what it was.

Then the Wall Street Journal is reporting that there's no reason to think that this isn't going

to be going on for the next five years. Right. Even if given the reasoning that brought us to the

first go round, yeah, of course. Well, their math is even if at this point you dedicated yourself to,

we got to get up to speed of a modern company. All these other companies around the country that

have replaced all this stuff and maintain their gear, clear your land, etc. Even if we do all the

right things, not worrying about profit, just worrying about having people have electricity,

it could be five years. Five years of every time the wind blows, you have your electricity turned out

for days at a time. Yeah. Wow. How many people will be left in California at the end of that?

Well, there'll be plenty of houses to squad in because anybody with any sense will flee to a first

world state speaking of people squatting in California, where half of the country's homeless people

reside. West Coast Bomb Explosion. Bill Mars spent a little bit of time at talking

about that whole thing and how money gets wasted was his main point. Is that show done in LA or

New York? It's LA. Bill Mars, not the kind of guy that's going to leave his company life.
