There was it was a traumatic experience. My bounce back was like super quick. I find that to be easy

when like you finally have a bird's eye view on your life and you're like wow I really didn't like

you ever. And so now you look back at everything of like kind of a different perspective of like

you were just sort of accepting and going through the motions. It was existing. Yeah.

I was existing in my life like I know I like stayed in a bathrobe all day. I just felt like

lifeless for a long time. Oh yeah especially after I stopped drinking and I like realized what I
