We're going to talk a lot about this game tonight.

We're going to talk about where the Lakers are in the standings. We're going to get into the mailbag as well. But now it's the

time for optimism. So joining me. It's Matt the optimist, Peralta. Optimism Prime himself. Matt,

how are you doing? Doing pretty well, Trevor. Like a lot of people, still a little bummed about the game. I guess the Timberwolves. But you know what? We are moving on. We have the Warriors tonight and we're going to hope for a win. Yeah. Definitely need to get a win. In fact, let's just get into it. Right. Let's just, we'll dive into it. I'm sure we'll have plenty of time to rehash what happened in the Wolves game when we get to our mailbag segment at the end of the show. So we'll do that then. Right now, let's look ahead. This is the standings currently. If you're a podcast listener, I do have the standings up on the screen here, but essentially the Lakers are sitting in the night scene once again.

column. That's the easiest way to look at this and really get a sense of where everybody's

at. The Sons and Pelicans have 32 losses.

The Kings have 33 losses.

The Lakers of 34 losses.

The Warriors have 35 losses.

So you can see how compact everything is.

The range of outcomes for the Lakers, it's 6 through 10.

They can finish anywhere 6 through 10 right now.

Matt, if they drop this game tonight to the Warriors, they dropped to 10th because they

would also not have the tiebreaker over the Warriors.

So they would then fall to the 10 seat should they lose tonight to Golden State.
