season, the most incredible game of the season and overtime win. Let's see if the Lakers can keep

the party going. We're going to get into the injury report. We'll take a look at the

standings, where things sit currently, what's at stake in this game tonight, and then we'll get into the keys to victory. So let's go. Don't forget, hit that subscribe button right here on the Lakers Nation.com YouTube channel. The Lakers injury report, this will be fast, easy. It's pretty clean. The only person on it is Maxi Kleba. That's it and he is out

with a back strain. Now the Houston Rockets are a pretty sizable team. And so it's possible that

the Lakers actually do miss Maxi Kleber, despite him being the third string center on the roster.

But nonetheless, that's it. He's the only player on the injury report. And given the way the Laker season is gone on the injury front, that is wonderful to see. Now, the Houston Rockets injury report, a little bit more extensive. Of course, we know they've got some players out for the season. The big name on here, though, really is Alper and Schengoon. Jason Tate, like Fred

Van Blyt, we know he's out for the season. Stephen Adams out for the season. But Alper and Schengoon right now, questionable for tonight's game. He's missed the last few dealing with back issues for Houston. I would have to imagine, given what's on the line in this game and next game. Remember, the, the Lakers are going to play the Rockets

twice in a row, not back to back, but two games in a row. They're going to play them tonight, then they'll play them again on Wednesday. I would have to imagine if there's any way Alper and Shangoon can play for this game, he is going to play because there is, again, a lot on the line. But nonetheless, that's the big thing we're keeping eye on here for Houston

we're keeping on here for Houston tonight. It does Shengun play. He is a fantastic player.

And the Rockets pose very different challenges if he's on the court versus if he is not. I'm

expecting a very switchy defense. The Rock rockets have been going, try to put a bunch

of wing players out there on the floor with guys like Tarisan, of course, Kevin Durant,

and Thompson, our old friend Dorian, Vinnie Smith. They're stacking their lineups with wing players

and then running switch everything. Whereas if Alper and Sanguons on the floor, you're going to expect

a little bit more drop coverage. We're going to see some of that. You'll see a little bit of hedging, things of that nature for the Houston Rocket. So it changes a lot. And though it's not, of course, Alper and Sangoat, a very talented offensive player as well. So this is a big piece of news for tonight's game. is Shengun available or not. Right now, he is questionable.
