My goodness, do we have a lot to go over on that one. We also need to take a look at this matchup with the Brooklyn Nets, plus LeBron James on some comments about what maybe the matchup with the Celtics the other day actually revealed about these Lakers. We'll talk a bit about that. Of course, we're going to have to spend some time talking about LeBron's injury as well, and what that means for the team moving forward, we'll take a look at the standings and where the Lakers can realistically slot in there. afternoon. These East Coast games, I'll tell you. But I do know for these games, though,

sometimes it's easier for those you who are watching around the world, watching maybe not in

the United States to catch these games. Oftentimes, these earlier East Coast games come at a better time. So you're not trying to watch it like three or four in the morning. So for all of you who that is the case for you, I'm happy for if you get to see a game at a more reasonable time, which I know is a rarity for many of you out there. All right, so Lakers Nets, you know what? This is the Lakers, despite how banged up the Lakers are. And again, we're going to take a look at the injury report right now in just a moment anyway, but the Lakers going into this matchup, they are actually still a six point favorite. I mean, look, the Brooklyn Nets, they're not a good basketball team. Yes, we will see our old friend DeAngelo Russell. you know he's going to have something for the Lakers, but the Brooklyn Nets, they are very much a tanking team. Lakers, but the Brooklyn Nets, they are very much a tanking team. That said, they're also known for

being pretty feisty. They play hard against teams each and every night. They are not put together

to win games, but they are a team that could catch you on any given night. And in spite of that, the Lakers still a six-point favorite.

And to me, that suggests a few things when we're going to get to the injury report in just a moment.

But for the time being, that's a decent sign.
