It's game day and a big one at that. Lakers Kings tonight.

So much on the line in this one.

If the Lakers want to move up in the standings, they really need to get the job done tonight against Sacramento.

Joining me to talk about the game, talk a little bit about what we've seen out of the Lakers lately, and a whole host of other things we have so much to talk about on today's show. It's Sean Davis. Sean, how you doing? Doing all right, Trev. Glad that they were able to pull out that win the other night. And yeah, I'm excited. Really looking forward to this Kings game tonight.

Sean, you know, we've seen some things around the NBA that have gone the Lakers way.

Denver apparently hates the Lakers and found a way to lose at home to Phoenix without Devin Booker last night. That was not ideal. But otherwise, we've seen some things start

to break the

Lakers way a little bit in the standings. And now I'm, I don't think the Lakers are necessarily

stuck in the nine seed. And they've actually been playing pretty well and have been kind of stuck

because everybody around them keeps winning. I feel like there is an opportunity here for

them to potentially move up. But they really need to win tonight's game.

And it feels like too often they've been in this situation and they've found ways to lose that game.

We need to break the cycle here, win the game here against the Kigs, get the job done.

And then, well, they could maybe move up to that seven or eight.

See, maybe even six, but seven or eight, pretty critical in terms of the play in tournament.

So that's what I'm looking for tonight.

Get the win, start to move on up.

How confident are you that they can get it done?

I'm cautiously optimistic, but I feel like that's justified with how this team's played

throughout the course of the season.

But, you know, they're slowly starting to gain some of my trust back.
