Now, there's a lot of stuff for us to get into on today's show.

For example, we need to talk about the injury report.

Uh-oh, there was a surprise on the injury report and not a pleasant one. Yikes. I'll talk about that in just a few moments. We'll also talk about the Lakers game against the heat, what the Lakers need to do to win, that sort of stuff. Plus, I'll finish things off as usual by getting into the mailbag and pinballing through a bunch of different topics that way.

But before I get to all that, you know, I have a feeling that there were a number of you

that reacted negatively when I said it's game day.

You probably groaned or rolled your eyes or maybe felt a little nauseous or something like

that when I said it's game day tonight.

And I think it's warranted that there's so much negativity

right out there right now because the Lakers, they've lost their last three games in a row to the

three Texas teams. The last two losses have been particularly egregious. They've lost to the Mavs

without Luca, without Kyrie, without Daniel Gafford, and the Lakers look, frankly, non-competitive.

And then they lost their last game to the San Antonio Spurs, a night, which was the first
