We'll see if the Lakers can pick up another witching win after

Austin Reeves spooked the wolves at the buzzer last go round. We've got a lot to get into on

today's show. We've got a really big injury report, not all that frightening of an injury report,

not as gruesome as we've seen in the past. In fact, after the Lakers got this injury report,

you might say they're in good spirits. I'm sorry, I will stop at some point. But the injury report actually is very positive for the Lakers. So we're going to get into that. And who might be playing tonight? Let's go. Plus, we've got the NBA Cup. This is the first game of the NBA Cup tonight.

I'll talk a little bit about that. I know not everybody cares about the NBA Cup tournament.

A lot of people do. A lot of people don't. But I'm at least going to explain what it all means for

your Los Angeles Lakers. Briefly, we'll get into that. Plus, I want to talk about some of the

keys to the game tonight to pick up the win.'ll also talk a little bit about the lakers their sale becoming official mark walter now the majority owner of the team so

Look at that. Rising from the grave, Luca Donchich, now questionable to play tonight against the

Memphis Grizzlies. Marcus Smart, also listed as questionable.

So a lot of people have talked about, well, Luca's not with the team, though.

Luca is not, so he didn't go to Minnesota.

How is he going to make it to Memphis?

Well, I mean, I'm assuming the Lakers can get Luca to Memphis. If they feel like he's ready to go, they can put him on a plane and get him to Memphis. I think the Lakers have the resources to make that happen. So just because Luca didn't initially travel with the team, that doesn't mean he can't come meet up with the team in Memphis and play in tonight's game. But the fact that he's listed as questionable, I don't know if he actually will play or not, left finger

spray and lower leg contusion. But if he doesn't, this is a great sign that he will at least

be back on Sunday, the fact that he's already been moved up to questionable. So, and that'll be

against the Miami Heat. But NBA Cup game that does seem to hold more weight with a lot of teams around the NBA,

the Lakers being one of them.
