game day. Lakers Blazers, 7 p.m. Pacific time tonight. The Lakers badly in need of a win. They're

going to have to see if they can find one on the road up in Portland. And the Blazers certainly

aren't going to make it easy on them. Come hang out tonight, 7 p.m. Pacific time, I always say it's like a party. I know the party has not been quite as celebratory as we would like lately. The Lakers struggling, losing four of their last five. But nonetheless, we will soldier on and we will find a way to have some fun tonight during the game. We'll be breaking everything down as it happens,

doing a little bit of play by play as well.

I'm going to get into the injury report

and what the Lakers need to do in order to get the win in this one.

Not good, not what we wanted to see. Keep in mind, tonight's game is the first night of a back-to-back. The Lakers will be taking on the Toronto Raptors in Los Angeles tomorrow. So another back-to-back on the schedule.

It's a winnable month of January in terms of strength of schedule,

but a very busy month of January.

A lot of games crammed into a short period of time.

This is games four and five of the Lakers,

five games in seven days stretch here. So the injury report,

Austin Reeves and a due thuro, we knew they would be out for this one. The surprises,

Luca Donchich, out, left groin soreness. Now again, this being the first night of a back

to back, could certainly be a factor in that decision. Do we see Luca play tomorrow against the Raptors?

I'm sure we'll get some more clarity on that from JJ Reddick.
