It's Monday night. Let's talk some Lakers basketball. I'm Trevor Lane. Happy to see you all here. We're going to talk about some potential trade options for the Lakers tonight. Just run through some of the players. The Lakers could be looking at. Of course, I'll be taking questions and comments from the chat here as we go through. But, you know, one of the different things that we tend to look at when it's roster building time, and that is, you know, tis the season, with the exception of just two teams left in the NBA, it is the offseason. It is time to get ready for next season for everybody else. The Knicks and Spurs are going to kick off the NBA finals in just a couple of days here.

But nonetheless, for the Lakers, when we look at roster building, we tend to focus a lot in on free agency. At least that's what I've seen quite a bit of. And I don't know that the Lakers can

really check every single box that they need to just in free agency. I think it's going to have

to be a combination of efforts. We know that the draft free agency trades,

those are the three avenues that you have to build out your roster.

And while the Lakers do project to have a significant chunk of cap space,

there's also not a whole lot of talent out there in free agency.

In fact, one of the problems that they've got is that most of the best free agents are already Lakers. So how do you add to this roster? You're going to have to be active on the trade front. I want to get into that. But again, happy to see you all here. Lots of stuff for us to talk about. And let's start with this. Let's start with what do the Lakers have to give up?

What do the Lakers have ultimately to offer another team in a trade situation?

Because again, free agency, yeah, look, maybe they can get somebody.

Maybe they get I.

O.Jun Mu, maybe they get somebody like that.

Maybe they're able to go pick up another player in free agency that they think might help them out, right?

There's not a lot, though. There's not a lot that's not already a Los Angeles Laker, you know.

We'll talk about some of the restricted free agents. We'll get into some of those guys here tonight.

Of course, wouldn't mind a, say, Robert Williams, right?

Going after somebody like that could make some sense for the Lakers.

What about like a Keon Ellis?

What about Mitch Robinson who's going to start the NBA finals or is going to begin the NBA

finals in a couple of days here?
