I would say it did just because, you know,

we're back in the gym talking,

asking all the questions you would expect to ask you know around this time

a year but I would say like there weren't any necessarily big surprises like I think it

kind of went about as we expected it to go like you know when you didn't make a lot of moves or if you didn't make any moves in the off season there's not a whole lot to discuss there and so it was kind of kind of a little boring but I do think

honestly I thought JJ you know had a lot of good stuff to say I thought it was a

really good pressure for him so I guess know, it gave me a little more confidence
