dot com podcast. We've got a lot to go over more than we were

expecting. I thought for today's show be talking about the press conference

coming up a little bit later. We'd be talking about that and what to expect for that all that no

JJ Reddick it made an appearance on Zach Lowe's podcast on the low post we're gonna break down all the stuff he talked about

because there is a lot that he revealed about the Lakers for this upcoming season.

Joy to me to help sift through it all is editor extraordinary Daniel Stark and Daniel this was a big surprise and now suddenly we've got a lot to

sink our teeth into here. Yeah yeah absolutely just kind of came out of

nowhere on like you said the day before J.J and Rob Polinka are going to speak to the media so I guess

Zach Lowe kind of you know stole all the media's thunder with that. Like you said you know he there was a lot that was covered.

What you know we'll ask be able to ask him more about that at the press conference as well

But but yeah, you know I'm excited to get into it with you

All right, so let's let's get into all this I did

Say earlier that the the channel members were gonna get the show. We were able to get to this early enough

to where I'm just going to release it for everybody.

But typically, guys, if you don't know
