you know i've got a lot to get into on today's show i've got a lot of questions and comments to

discuss some mailbag stuff um some things conceptually with the way the rosters put together

trade deadline of course plenty of trade deadline stuff to discuss.

But this is a game that it feels like the Lakers really owe the Maverick something.

I know the Lakers have not performed well.

I feel a little uneasy when we get these nationally televised games,

these games that are going to be on ABC that everybody's going to watch,

right?

Because you know all of the conversation around the sports world,

particularly the NBA world,

it's going to be about the games that everybody can see.

And the Lakers always seem to come up short,

which makes social media not a fun place when the Lakers drop a game.

But the Lakers, they owe the Maverick something.

The last two times the Lakers have played the Mavs this season,

the Lakers have lost by a grand total in two games of five points,

total of five points.

They lost by three ones.
