The Lakers got the big win over the Memphis Grizzlies the other night.

Was there anything sustainable from that?

Is this proof the Lakers are back?

But were there some things that we saw there that they could potentially carry forward?

I think the answer is yes, much easier to say than I actually do, but what can the Lakers actually use to build off of from that game? Of course, we'll talk a little bit about the trade front on today's show as well. Max Christie joining the starting lineup is one of the main things that I want to look at. And we're looking at trends from that win over the Memphis Grizzlies. And then I do need to get into the mailbag as well. So a lot to get into on today's show. Appreciate all of you joining today. Before we get too deep into that, I want to take a quick peek at the rest of the year for L.A. And I'm talking about the calendar year. So we're talking about just a few weeks here. It's not easy when you look at this stretch coming up. And this is part of why getting the win over the Memphis Grizzlies, their first win since October over what I would consider to be at least a playoff team was big.

And again, Memphis is one of the top teams in the West right now.

But you look at what's to come here.

December 19th, so it's coming up Thursday,

you've got the at Sacramento followed up by at Sacramento again on December 21st.

Why Sacramento twice in a row on the road?

I don't know, but schedule makers, some weird stuff.

Weird stuff in the schedule, period, because tonight is the NBA Cup final with the

Oklahoma City Thunder and the Milwaukee Bucks.

I would, I predict that the Thunder are going to win the game, but that's, you know, the betting odds are heavily in favor of the thunder as well.

And then tomorrow, there's no games at all in the NBA. So the whole league is kind of slowing down for a couple of days here, then picks back up on Thursday.

So you go at Sacramento, a day off at Sacramento again, I think it they going to, like, fly back for that one day?
