We are still right now waiting on pins and needles for the Lakers, hopefully, to make a move out there on the trade market.

That is right now, their only remaining avenue to improve this team. It is the trade front. So I'm going to talk a little bit about that. This is primarily going to be a mailbag episode. We're going to get caught up on a lot of the chat questions that we've got. I'm going to use those to bounce around a lot of topics around this team. The frustration right now being felt by in the fan base. I don't think this is all over. I don't think everything is said and done on this Lakers roster right now being felt behind the fan base. I don't think this is all over. I don't think

everything is said and done on this Lakers roster right now. Because if it is, well, then the

roster looks very, very similar to the one that we saw start the season. Last year, even

finished the season, Tori and Prince and Spencer Dinwiddie, the biggest exits. And then

Brony James and Dalton Connect the additions.

Otherwise, it's pretty much the same team right now.

But I have a feeling the Lakers aren't quite done yet this summer that they've got a move

or two in them here.

And it could just take the trade market opening up.

But I'm going to get into all of that in just a moment.

First, I want to talk about a story that's

bouncing around right now. Buddy Heald wound up signing with the Golden State Warriors. And

it's a sign and trade that's going to send them there. There was initial reporting from

Shams Tarania that Heald turned down offers from other clubs, namely our Lakers and the Detroit Pistons

to sign with the Warriors because he felt like they would give him the best chance of winning.

That stings a little bit, considering the Warriors didn't even make the postseason this past

year, whereas the Lakers did.

So for Buddy Heald to look at the Warriors and say,

that's my chance to win. Well, is how true is that? It's easy to say that once you're on that team, right? Once you join that team, you want to make it sound like, oh, I had all these teams

after me and I just turned them down. Now, by the way, Shams report was updated and suddenly the Lakers and the Pistons were omitted from the
