We need to give an update on the Chris Paul front, what it means for the Los Angeles Lakers. I want to talk a little bit about the Western Conference next season and what that also means for this summer's roster bill i think it's actually

really really important context in terms of what the lakers are going to have to do when they put

together next season's roster which is starting up in what a week and a half here we've got the

NBA draft coming up on june 22nd we are almost there today is june 9, which is nice. The Lakers are going to be making

decisions that will build out their roster for next year. I think it's important that we understand

the context under which they're doing so. So we'll get into that. I also have to get into the

mailbag a bit today. We've got some fan questions and comments that we'll get into. Chris Paul, this whole situation, you know, I almost feel bad for Chris Haynes in what's transpired here. I've seen so many people running around social media. We like to push things to the extreme. People are saying Chris Haynes lied. No, he didn't. He didn't lie. People are taking this report. Oh, Chris Haynes blew it. Chris Haynes got it wrong. All this kind of stuff. Because what happened was Chris Haynes put out there that the sons are going to wave Chris Paul. And then Shams and

Wodge come along and say, well, you know, that's not really. The sons might trade Chris Paul.
