But I've also got some thoughts on the Lakers, the current roster construction, the trade front that I've been really itching to dive into some things that I've been looking at this weekend. It's got me a little bit more optimistic for it.

If the status quo remains, if the team just stays with the roster as is,

a concern that I've got beyond just what we've already been talking about in terms of

Russell Westbrook being on the team and the three point shooting.

There was a little news story that came out.

Sean Devaney of Heavy.com had this talk to a league executive.

And this juicy quote came out of the executive said,
