offseason is here. Officially, the NBA season has come to an end. Congratulations to the Oklahoma

City Thunder winning game seven over the Pacers, that devastating injury to Tyrease Halliburton.

We'll talk a little bit about that and what that might mean for the conferences,

what that might mean for the trade market and everything like that going on.

But first, a big congratulations to Oklahoma City, a very deserving champion.

I know they're already getting a lot of flack in the chat.

I'm seeing it across social media, but that Thunder defense was historically good.

And I think they are a deserving NBA champion, even if we didn't always like the way that they played basketball.

But nonetheless, the Thunder's championship now means that the offseason is here.

And it's time to build next season's Los Angeles Lakers.

Now people who say time to wake up Rob Palaka, yep, now, now's the time.

Now's the time.

Look, it's way too early to start calling them sleepy Rob right now, right?

Where the offseason officially just started like moments ago.

Now, I know we saw the Kevin Durant trade earlier today

there's already been some movement Desmond bain was traded last week there's already been a little

bit of movement here but let's pump the brakes and give rob polika a little bit of leeway here

that the lakers haven't made significant moves or any moves really at this point most Most teams have not. The NBA finals just came to an end and now we'll see how things go for the Lakers. But I want to talk a little bit about what they're going to need, what we're going to need to see from this team and what the movement that we've seen so far really says about the Lakers and where things go from here. All right. Let's get into some of our big topics here. Thunder win game seven. Yeah, you know what? The Thunder, again, I thought they were going to win it in five, maybe six. They ultimately won it in seven. I thought it was an exciting game seven. I wished the Pacers could have made a real run down the stretch, but it just didn't happen.

SGA, aside for the three-point shooting, SGA was fantastic, kept the turnovers low.

And really, OKC won the way they've won all season.

All season, they've won in the margins. And if you take a look at what they did, 24, I'm sorry, 21 turnovers for the Indiana
